Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct background research, data collection, and benchmarking.
  • •Estimate and produce cost plans to support cost management.
  • •Compile and amend tender lists, analyze tenders, and draft tender reports.
  • •Assist with procurement documentation, variations, and change control processes, including negotiation on less financially significant/complex matters.
  • •Track progress, draft monthly cost reports, maintain documentation control, and assist with preparation of final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in cost management or construction projects (e.g., cost manager, construction manager, procurement, project manager, vendor, consultant).
  • •Foundation and understanding of quantity surveying tools and methodologies (plus).
  • •Proficiency in Cost-X or equivalent cost estimation software (plus).
  • •Native-level proficiency in the local language and business-level proficiency in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
