•Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and brand presentation in alignment with Pandora and Macy’s standards.
•Provide ongoing training and performance feedback to store team, driving advanced sales techniques and product knowledge.
•Support recruitment efforts and onboarding, ensuring candidates align with Pandora’s values and store needs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sales Lead, Assistant Manager, or equivalent supervisory role in a fast-paced retail environment, ideally within fashion, luxury, or jewelry retail.
•Proven ability to drive sales, manage weekly schedules, and oversee inventory, replenishment, cycle counts, backstock accuracy, and loss prevention.
•Strong coaching and development skills with a track record of training and developing part-time staff to meet sales targets.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
•Excellent communication, organization, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
