Key Responsibilities

  • •Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals.
  • •Assist in clientele generation through customer engagement and relationship building.
  • •Deliver an excellent in-store client experience, embodying brand values and educating customers on sustainability.
  • •Maintain customer experience feedback and scoring on service evaluation through NPS.
  • •Support store operations including inventory accuracy, loss prevention, time and attendance, and keeping the selling floor aligned with brand standards.
