Teller-Floater (Culpeper South)

Deliver a best-in-class customer experience by processing basic customer and cash transactions, balancing cash daily, and servicing existing and potential customers. Support branch sales goals by identifying referral opportunities and learning bank products and services, including other lines of business. Ensure compliance with BSA/AML policies, identify and escalate risk concerns appropriately, and adapt to changing digital channels while covering additional branch locations as needed.
