Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute PC9/PC13 adoption and size activation in PLM aligned with the approved size grid by affiliate and channel.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate activation using manual steps, RPA upload templates, and other automation tools.
  • •Extract, validate, and consolidate data from multiple systems to monitor activation status and track execution progress.
  • •Build dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders visibility into activation performance and status.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end activation across pre-season, in-season, and chase cycles, including training and ad hoc urgent requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • •4+ years of experience in data analysis, merchandising operations, size activation, or a similar retail/apparel role.
  • •Proficiency with PLM, SAP, and SGMT systems.
  • •Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools and templates.
  • •Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP) and familiarity with dashboards/reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI.
