Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently deliver SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and Employee Central/Time Off workstreams across requirements, design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to finalize blueprinting, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements.
  • •Translate business requirements into system design specifications and advise on HR process improvements for SuccessFactors enablement.
  • •Manage SAP SuccessFactors projects to ensure timely delivery and provide ongoing support and system optimization.
  • •Identify and troubleshoot SAP SuccessFactors integration issues and configure role-based permissions aligned to business needs and data security.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central (EC) and Time Off modules.
  • •End-to-end experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementations, enhancements, support, and production issue resolution.
  • •Valid SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central (EC) and Time Off.
  • •Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • •Experience implementing HR best practices and performing detailed analysis of complex business process requirements.
