Key Responsibilities

  • •Align technology, supply chain, and commercial strategy to shape future platforms for AI systems.
  • •Partner with engineering, operations, and suppliers to drive adoption of next-generation PCB and laminate technologies and ensure manufacturing readiness.
  • •Build executive relationships with key suppliers to align roadmaps, investments, and capacity expansion plans.
  • •Lead supplier business reviews, strategic negotiations, and long-term agreements to improve cost, quality, capacity, and supply assurance.
  • •Drive risk management and early supplier involvement, including multi-sourcing, capacity planning, material risk mitigation, business continuity, and NPI mitigation plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 322,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience (MBA preferred).
  • •12+ years of experience in global commodity management, strategic sourcing, or supplier management with PCB/laminate or advanced electronics manufacturing exposure.
  • •Experience developing long-term supply chain strategies that support technology roadmaps and rapid growth.
  • •Strong analytical skills including should-cost modeling, cost breakdown analysis, supplier benchmarking, and supply-demand planning.
  • •Proven ability to influence engineering/operations/executive leadership with data-driven decision making and to manage supplier relationships through negotiation and executive communication.
