Job Summary

Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to design and present fit-for-purpose Cloudflare solutions for customers in Central & Eastern Europe. Act as a technical customer advocate, translating complex internet performance and security concepts into clear ROI and scalable roadmaps. Travel 10-15 days/quarter to customer sites and events as needed.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare, working with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Support to design scalable solutions for customers.
•Assist customers to secure a technical win by presenting fit-for-purpose solutions and clear ROI, ensuring adoption roadmaps are aligned with customer needs.
•Collaborate with internal teams to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand terms and drive cross-functional alignment.
•Stay current on Cloudflare products and internet performance/security technologies to support diverse customer use cases.
•Travel up to 10-15 days per quarter for customer meetings, conferences and talks as needed.

Key Requirements

•3-10 years of experience in the IT industry (early or mid-level)
•Fluent Hebrew and English (written & spoken)
•Ability to manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritise between competing demands
•Demonstrated empathy with customers and quickly identifying challenges and pain points they face
•Understanding of how the internet works (TCP/UDP, DNS, TLS/SSL, HTTP) and ability to explain these concepts to customers
