Key Responsibilities

  • •Own server-side project development for enterprise solution products, focusing on high-quality design and coding.
  • •Contribute to backend infrastructure construction and research new technologies to solve difficult technical problems.
  • •Develop and evaluate tools/processes to improve team efficiency and strengthen the team’s technical practices.
  • •Participate across the full product delivery lifecycle, including requirements communication, system design, testing, support, monitoring, operations, and project management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above (computer science or related preferred).
  • •Strong backend development with Java or Golang, including JVM/Golang pprof tuning to identify service issues.
  • •Experience designing distributed systems and building with message queues, distributed storage, cache, and locks.
  • •Knowledge of operating systems, computer networks, information security, and data structures/algorithms to solve problems.
  • •Proficiency with MySQL and NoSQL databases, plus scripting on Linux for independent troubleshooting; strong self-learning and communication skills.
