Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end project delivery from concept through handover, owning scope, schedule, and budget baselines and forecasting against them throughout delivery.
  • •Coordinate across architecture, interior design, structural, MEP, and landscape teams, resolving interfaces before they reach site.
  • •Establish and govern delivery cadence (programmes, milestones, gateway reviews, and action-log discipline) and manage RFIs/submittals with turnaround SLAs and version-controlled documentation.
  • •Manage consultants and contractors against scope and contract obligations; review deliverables for brand and technical compliance; govern change/variation with documentation and cost alignment.
  • •Maintain the risk register, report project health (cost, schedule, risk, quality) to the Head of Design Management, coordinate seamless handover with as-builts/FM documentation, and mentor/review Project Managers.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15+ years of project management experience delivering mid- to large-scale real estate development projects.
  • •Proven end-to-end delivery of at least 5 real estate projects across ground-up, conversion, and fit-out types.
  • •Strong cross-discipline coordination experience across architecture, interior design, structural, MEP, and landscape.
  • •Commercial fluency across budgets, procurement, cost control, variations, and claims awareness.
  • •Bachelor's or Master's in a built-environment discipline (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management); PMP/PRINCE2/RICS strongly preferred.
