Job Summary

Design, define, and support IT solutions and integration processes that meet business, technical, security, and performance requirements. Work with senior developers and business analysts to troubleshoot and optimize integrations, document processes and specifications, and align solutions with the Information Technology Services organization’s technical vision. Leverage SAP and Azure platform capabilities, DevSecOps practices, and automation tools to support reliability, continuous improvement, and SLA/KPI achievement across onsite environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, define, and document IT solutions that meet functional, technical, security, and performance requirements while aligning to enterprise architecture standards.
•Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to troubleshoot and optimize integration processes.
•Document integration processes and maintain technical specifications and system configurations.
•Understand the broader technical vision of the IT Services organization and align solutions accordingly.
•Lead and/or implement continuous improvement efforts and help ensure SLA and KPI targets are met.

Key Requirements

•Minimum bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 ranking, or 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
•Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship/support is available.
•Conceptual knowledge of IT theories, practices, and procedures plus general business knowledge in the functional area.
•Ability to design, configure, and support data and application integrations across systems (including ETL and integration platforms).
•Strong troubleshooting, proactive problem-solving, and detail-oriented technical documentation.
