Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and coordinate customer-facing project/program delivery across Cisco technologies, progressing from supervised tasks to execution.
  • •Manage project governance including accurate reflections in Cisco systems, invoicing, payment tracking, and forecasting.
  • •Coordinate with vendor management teams to source bids, recommend partner selections, and prepare SOWs and terms and conditions.
  • •Track and communicate project status and updates to Service Delivery Managers and Customer Experience Managers for transparency and alignment.
  • •Apply risk, issue, and change management practices using PMI/Agile methodologies, and support continuous improvement via lessons learned and retrospectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree plus 0 years of previous experience, or 4 years of related experience.
  • •Support discrete project components under close supervision and learn Cisco delivery processes.
  • •Recognize customer priorities from project documentation and customer calls and understand how needs relate to project scope.
  • •Assist in gathering delivery inputs such as resource needs, timelines, and budget estimates from stakeholders.
  • •Perform standard risk analysis and report project-specific risks to appropriate stakeholders.
