  • •Own the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Logistics across service coverage, delivery speed, order batching and routing, shopper matching, positioning, and pay.
  • •Partner with executive leadership to define, prioritize, and deliver strategy while translating complex tradeoffs into crisp narratives.
  • •Solve complex fulfillment problems and build 0-to-1 products and services that create value across customers, shoppers, and retailers at scale.
  • •Lead, hire, develop, and grow a team of product managers, setting operating rhythms, hiring plans, and development frameworks.
  • •Define success metrics and maintain a rigorous experimentation portfolio using data, first-principles thinking, and user research to guide tradeoffs.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of product management (or similar) experience, including 4+ years managing and developing product managers.
  • •Strong marketplace or systems thinking across multi-sided interactions and long-term vs. short-term tradeoffs informed by data and user research.
  • •Proven track record delivering impactful products measured by business outcomes such as cost, speed, and quality.
  • •Strong technical fluency with ML- and algorithms-driven products and comfort leading complex technical tradeoffs with engineering and ML leaders.
  • •Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing PMs and build healthy, high-trust teams.
