Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with NAND Technology Development, NAND Design, NAND Product Development, and System Development teams to enable successful product development and qualification.
  • •Set up infrastructure, automation frameworks, and AI-enabled workflows to support system-level evaluation of NAND during development.
  • •Support controller-based NAND testing, validation, and failure analysis using advanced analytics and AI-assisted tools to accelerate root-cause detection and debug.
  • •Drive failure analysis from system level to NAND level, providing actionable, data-driven feedback to related teams.
  • •Perform electrical and physical failure analysis and troubleshoot customer-return failures; develop automation/scripting and AI-assisted solutions to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of related experience.
  • •Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, Perl, or equivalent.
  • •Understanding of all classes of NAND system products and experience with advanced NAND flash and non-volatile storage technologies.
  • •Meaningful hardware experience, including knowledge of storage interfaces such as SATA and SAS (advantage).
  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering, with coursework or experience in Python/C/C++ plus semiconductor physics and data analytics/statistics.
