Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support, troubleshooting, and development for EDI integrations within IBM Sterling Cloud Business Network (SCBN).
  • •Assist middleware resources in translating business requirements into detailed integration designs with support from engineers and integration leadership.
  • •Collaborate with integrations and project teams to engage business and technology delivery teams as needed.
  • •Contribute to initiatives transforming legacy integrations to align with Smithfield standards for reusability and reliability.
  • •Ensure integration solutions comply with IT security policies and required security/compliance controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (or related field) and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination.
  • •Hands-on experience with EDI or integration systems such as Boomi, GoAnywhere, EDI-X12, and SAP IDOC.
  • •Strong understanding and experience with standard EDI and warehouse documents.
  • •Familiarity with vendor/service management practices, including service level agreements (SLAs).
  • •Basic understanding of SAP SD and MM modules (EDI outputs, IDOCs, Partner Profiles) and knowledge of integrating applications with SAP, preferably S/4 HANA.
