Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery, governance, and operational oversight of Access Management services across Reckitt applications as a client-side service manager and subject-matter expert. Lead overall delivery planning, risk/issue tracking, and third-party vendor oversight, while ensuring Access Tower controls operate effectively and consistently. Steer control design and testing for ITGCs (including UAR, SOD, sensitive access, PUAR, and emergency access monitoring) in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end delivery of Access Tower services in line with the Statement of Work, operating model, and timelines.
•Act as primary project manager and service lead, coordinating delivery across sub-services, applications, and stakeholders.
•Maintain integrated delivery plans and track risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations to ensure timely mitigation.
•Oversee third-party delivery as the main Reckitt point of contact, including performance management, output acceptance, and onboarding/knowledge transfer.
•Provide oversight of Access Management controls (UAR, SOD, sensitive access, PUAR, ruleset governance, and emergency access monitoring) and ensure effective operation across in-scope applications.

Key Requirements

•Relevant degree qualification or equivalent professional experience in Technology Risk controls or a related discipline.
•Strong experience in ITGC testing, operation, and oversight for access-related controls including user provisioning/de-provisioning, privileged/emergency access, and segregation of duties and sensitive access.
•Proven experience performing or overseeing design and operating effectiveness testing (ToD/ToE) for ITGCs in a regulated environment.
•Ability to interpret control failures, identify root causes, and drive remediation with IT and business stakeholders.
•Hands-on SAP controls expertise for access controls across SAP ECC/S4HANA, roles/authorisations/profiles, privileged access and firefighter usage, and segregation of duties rulesets.
