Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the PMO team and ensure their professional development.
  • •Consolidate project capacity plans, run associated routines, and represent the MFR sector in reporting instances.
  • •Lead the S&OP Skills process to identify critical skills per project and ensure execution of the critical skills development plan.
  • •Measure achievement of key performance milestones within each project.
  • •Run PMO scope problem-resolution initiatives, capture best practices, and deploy PMO management tools and methods across projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Master PRIMAVERA, SAP, Microsoft Project, and Power BI.
  • •At least 10 years of confirmed experience in PMO.
  • •Hold a BAC+5 degree.
  • •Demonstrate leadership and strong relationship skills, persistence, and analytical mindset.
  • •Propose improvements and be able to influence stakeholders.
