Job Summary

Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers, while loading and unloading vehicles and performing safety inspections of the hauler. Complete customer paperwork and record thorough notes in the customer tracking system. Drive safely and maintain a clean record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy. Work rotating shifts with open availability and support an in-person, physically demanding role at the Inspection Center.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers.
•Frequently load/unload vehicles and inspect the car-hauler to ensure safe to drive operation.
•Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
•Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Salary: USD 18 - 21.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
•Must have (or be able to obtain) a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment.
•Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
•Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including loading/unloading vehicles and vehicle detailing in indoor/outdoor conditions.
•Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
