Key Responsibilities

•Identify in-service issues and drive root-cause investigations with timely corrective actions
•Coordinate with program and engineering counterparts to incorporate aftermarket requirements into design changes
•Author and navigate approval cycles for Service Bulletins to implement design changes and address field issues
•Oversee retrofit plans and manage product support requirements including reliability, removals, repairs, spare parts, and warranty financials
•Maintain positive customer and supplier relationships and ensure compliance with Product Support Agreements

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 118,300 - 224,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
•Experience working in the Aerospace Industry
•Technical knowledge of Nacelle products
•Travel up to 5% domestically and internationally when circumstances permit
•Experienced using MS Office – Excel, Project, Word, and Powerpoint; Teamcenter; CRM software (MS Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.); SAP; CATIA V5
