Job Summary

Provide HR point-of-contact support across functional, industrialization, and technology teams within ELYSIS, ensuring continuity and consistency of cross-functional HR processes. Lead end-to-end recruitment through external partners, coordinate the internship program, and enhance recruitment practices and candidate experience. Coordinate key HR cycles (performance, compensation reviews, talent management, onboarding/offboarding, mobility, workforce planning), support org change, drive continuous improvement, and define HR KPIs and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary HR point of contact for leaders and employees across ELYSIS functional, industrialization, and technology departments.
•Manage end-to-end recruitment through external partners, including needs analysis, mandate definition, process follow-up, interview participation, and hiring recommendations.
•Coordinate the internship program and structure/improve recruitment practices to ensure a strong candidate experience.
•Coordinate and lead key cross-functional HR cycles in collaboration with HR operations (performance evaluations, salary reviews, mid-year reviews, talent management, onboarding/offboarding, mobility, workforce planning, contractor management).
•Drive continuous improvement by identifying HR process pain points and optimization opportunities, harmonizing practices across joint-venture partners, and defining HR KPIs and documentation.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in a generalist HR role with demonstrated execution capability.
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
•Strong interest in process improvement and organizational structuring.
•Comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments; able to manage multiple priorities and dossiers.
•Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).
