Job Summary

Support design strategy and execution for custody products within the Securities Services business. Help plan and track the custody product book of work, prepare for client technical meetings, and evaluate new technologies relevant to custody services. Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Sales, while supporting industry forums and reporting on trends and regulatory developments. Maintain design documentation, presentations, and reports as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the development and implementation of the design strategy for custody products aligned with business goals and client needs.
•Assist in designing and planning the custody product book of work, tracking progress and prioritizing initiatives.
•Prepare materials for and participate in client technical meetings, capturing requirements and supporting solution presentations.
•Research and help evaluate new and emerging technologies relevant to custody services, summarizing findings and impacts.
•Support industry forums and cross-functional collaboration; maintain required design documentation, presentations, and reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business, Technology, or a related field.
•Experience in product design or business analysis in financial services, with exposure to Securities Services or Custody Product as a plus.
•Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
