Job Summary

Own the operational bridge between policy and frontline execution by translating policy intent into actionable workflows, SOPs, and decision frameworks. Manage operational knowledge bases and policy update processes, using AI tools to improve documentation quality and streamline creation. Analyze quality metrics, escalations, and user appeals to close execution gaps and strengthen risk control across frontline and BPO teams while coordinating with Policy, Product, Quality, and regional operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate complex policies into clear, actionable, scalable operational workflows and decision-making frameworks for frontline teams.
•Build, standardize, and maintain knowledge management systems, SOPs, and operational documentation with governance and version control.
•Use AI tools to enhance policy translation and improve documentation quality.
•Collaborate with Policy, Product, Quality, and Regional Operations teams to bridge policy intent and operational execution.
•Review quality metrics, escalations, and appeals data to identify execution gaps and improve guideline consistency and risk control.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrate strong policy knowledge in the Ops functional domain and connect with operational governance/processes.
•Exposure to operational workflows, QA processes, or policy execution activities (execution-focused).
•Support cross-functional coordination with Policy, Ops, Product, or vendor teams.
•Basic analytical skills to structure data, identify issues, and escalate insights clearly.
•Familiarity with SOPs, process documentation, or workflow execution; professional proficiency in Korean and English is required.
