Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead creation and management of detailed, resource-loaded schedules for multiple construction projects, ensuring realistic and achievable timelines.
  • •Collaborate with project managers, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive schedules with milestones, deliverables, and critical paths.
  • •Establish baselines and track progress against KPIs, monitoring schedule performance and implementing corrective actions when deviations occur.
  • •Identify scheduling risks (delays, resource constraints) and develop mitigation strategies while facilitating schedule-related problem-solving sessions.
  • •Prepare and present regular schedule updates and reports to senior leadership, clients, and stakeholders; mentor and oversee a team of schedulers and establish scheduling best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of relevant scheduling experience in construction/engineering environments.
  • •2+ years managing high-performing scheduling or project controls teams in a consulting environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field (graduate degree preferred).
  • •Expertise in project management and scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
  • •PMP/CCM or other relevant certifications preferred, with strong knowledge of construction processes and project lifecycles.
