Key Requirements

  • •Associates or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field with 3–5 years’ estimating/engineering/construction management experience, or 5–7 years in controls field experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Proven experience with Building Automation, HVAC Controls, and HVAC Systems.
  • •Working knowledge of construction disciplines (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), plus strong financial and business acumen and a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
  • •Ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines in a high-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (including DUI, hit-and-run, suspension, or reckless/careless driving).
