Key Responsibilities

  • •Design the product end-to-end across research, user flows, UI, prototyping, and polish
  • •Work closely with founders, engineers, and customers to turn insights into product decisions
  • •Improve and unify workflows across the product so Athena feels like a cohesive platform, not a collection of features
  • •Design clear, elegant experiences for complex and data-rich product surfaces
  • •Build the first version of our design system and establish strong product design patterns

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • •Experience designing data-dense interfaces such as dashboards, analytics, or reporting products
  • •A portfolio with one or two projects you can discuss deeply, including the problem, constraints, tradeoffs, and outcome
  • •Strong product judgment and the ability to simplify complexity and create clarity in dense information surfaces
  • •Comfort operating in ambiguity with a high level of ownership and collaborative working style
