Job Summary

Drive growth of financial services across LATAM by initiating and deepening partnerships with fintechs and banks. Identify and negotiate BNPL, seller financing, eCommerce insurance, and other financial solutions, analyze payment market and regulatory trends, and lead rollouts for TikTok Shop buyers and sellers. Own P&L reporting and metrics, benchmark performance against industry best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build solution roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

•Initiate and deepen financial services partnerships with global and LATAM fintechs and banks.
•Identify, negotiate, and launch BNPL, seller financing, eCommerce-related insurance, and other financial services solutions.
•Analyze LATAM payment market development and regulatory trends to guide strategy.
•Roll out financial services for TikTok Shop buyers and sellers as TikTok Shop expands across LATAM.
•Provide regular cross-functional reporting on P&L performance and user impacts, and develop solution roadmaps with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent advanced degree/PhD).
•Ability to manage P&L performance (revenue and operating margin), including budgeting and cost management across verticals.
•Experience in payments/e-money/wallets, banking functions, risk management, and/or merchant processing.
•Communicate with Board and senior management on financial performance in a regulated environment.
•Ability to pursue new business opportunities and create and execute customer-focused strategies.
