Job Summary

Bridge the gap between design and deployment of large-scale AI and HPC GPU infrastructure by integrating NVIDIA hardware and software solutions with strategic customers. Partner with Sales Account Managers to identify opportunities, act as primary technical support across the customer lifecycle, and run technical meetings and debugging sessions. Build PoCs focused on networking and compute infrastructure, analyze performance and scaling issues, and deliver technical content such as presentations and workshops.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with NVIDIA Cloud Partners to create, implement, and put into operation NVIDIA hardware and software solutions.
•Partner with Sales Account Managers and business leads to identify and secure business opportunities.
•Provide primary technical support for customers during development, construction, and production of GPU cloud infrastructure across the full lifecycle.
•Conduct regular technical customer meetings for project/product details, feature discussions, technology introductions, and debugging.
•Work with customers to build PoCs, and analyze/develop joint solutions for performance and scaling issues while delivering technical content.

Key Requirements

•BS/MS/PhD in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or other engineering fields, or equivalent experience.
•5+ years of Solution Engineering (or similar Sales Engineering/Cloud Engineering) experience working directly with partners and customers.
•Experience crafting and deploying large-scale cluster environments.
•Practical expertise in datacentre design, development, and execution for AI and HPC.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate clearly through documents and presentations.
