Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a primary troubleshooter for complex client servicing issues and enhance client relationships with quality branch service.
  • •Coach tellers to ensure efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions in an in-person branch setting.
  • •Manage day-to-day teller line operations, including scheduling, observing, coaching, and overseeing branch operational standards and compliance.
  • •Balance cash drawers within guidelines and follow compliance, audit, and security procedures while processing transactions.
  • •Assist the branch manager with onboarding/training new tellers; support product and policy knowledge and provide financial wellness education and transitions to bankers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.75 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years demonstrated superior client relationship skills.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in cash handling.
  • •Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, foster teamwork, and organize multiple tasks.
