Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, manage, clean, validate, and analyze administrative datasets from NHSU and other national sources to generate evidence for health financing policy.
  • •Coordinate analytical activities across multiple health financing projects, ensuring consistency of methodologies, indicators, and timely analytical outputs.
  • •Develop standardized analytical methodologies, data governance procedures, dashboards, visualizations, and technical documentation.
  • •Create technical specifications for provider payment reforms for implementation within the eHealth system and Hospital Information Systems, including coding rules and analytical algorithms.
  • •Produce analytical reports, presentations, policy briefs, and training materials, and provide technical support to WHO staff and national counterparts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 3,600 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Management, Statistics, Public Health, Health Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • •At least three years of professional experience in health data management, health information systems, health informatics, or health data analytics.
  • •At least one year of professional experience working with or within the National Health Service of Ukraine.
  • •Experience managing, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting large administrative datasets.
  • •Experience preparing analytical reports, policy briefs, dashboards, or similar analytical products to support decision-making.
