Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive, store, issue, and distribute parts and related inventory to support Defence operations
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy through stocktakes, cycle counts, shelf-life monitoring, and stock control activities
  • •Process goods receipting, dispatch, returns, and inventory transactions using warehouse and ERP systems
  • •Ensure compliance with quality, safety, Dangerous Goods, export control, and company procedures
  • •Operate forklifts and support warehousing, logistics, tooling, housekeeping, administration, and continuous improvement activities

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to acquire and maintain an NV1 Government Security Clearance
  • •Forklift Licence (LF) and Driver’s License, with experience operating materials handling equipment
  • •Dangerous Goods qualifications and knowledge of Dangerous Goods, Chain of Responsibility, and quality compliance requirements
  • •Demonstrated warehousing, logistics, inventory control, or supply chain experience
  • •Strong aptitude using computer-based inventory management and ERP systems (SAP, ALIS or similar)
