Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct analyses and maintain reporting to provide visibility into planning, governance, and operational performance.
  • •Monitor key metrics, identify trends/risks/improvement opportunities, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • •Support development and enhancement of dashboards, reporting tools, and performance measurement frameworks, including data quality and metric alignment.
  • •Support governance processes and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and developing recommendations and documentation.
  • •Investigate operational/process issues, identify root causes, recommend practical solutions, and support implementation of new capabilities and ways of working.

Key Requirements

  • •3-6 years of relevant experience supporting supply chain, planning, operations, business intelligence, analytics, PMO, process improvement, transformation, or related functions.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving capability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • •Experience supporting cross-functional projects, process improvement initiatives, or business transformation activities.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations.
  • •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with analytics/reporting/dashboarding or business intelligence tool experience (Power BI and KNIME are advantageous).
