Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer projects throughout the life cycle to ensure contract compliance and successful delivery.
  • •Coordinate project documentation, procurement, job costing activities, and administrative closeout with enterprise systems.
  • •Manage procurement per project requirements, including material ordering/tracking, issuing purchase orders, and subcontracting vendors.
  • •Coordinate monthly customer invoicing and support accurate, timely billing in partnership with project managers.
  • •Maintain accurate project cost records and resolve billing backlog obstacles by collaborating with customers and internal teams.

Key Requirements
