Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead pre-construction site assessments, surveys, and site mobilization.
  • •Manage massive earthworks, bulk excavations, and grading operations.
  • •Verify ground stabilization, soil compaction and improvement where applicable.
  • •Oversee foundation pouring and curing for mining infrastructure.
  • •Supervise structural steel and reinforced concrete installation for processing plants; ensure Contractor compliance with project specifications and issue non-conformance reports as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with registration eligible/mandatory with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
  • •10+ years of experience in heavy industrial construction, infrastructure, or mining projects.
  • •Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local environmental laws.
  • •Deep knowledge of earthwork, geotechnical, structural steel, structural concrete, and hot-weather concreting practices.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and professional registration with the SCE.
