Key Responsibilities

•Lead pre-construction site assessments, surveys, and site mobilization.
•Manage massive earthworks, bulk excavations, and grading operations.
•Verify ground stabilization, soil compaction and improvement where applicable.
•Oversee foundation pouring and curing for mining infrastructure.
•Supervise structural steel and reinforced concrete installation for processing plants; ensure Contractor compliance with project specifications and issue non-conformance reports as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with registration eligible/mandatory with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
•10+ years of experience in heavy industrial construction, infrastructure, or mining projects.
•Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local environmental laws.
•Deep knowledge of earthwork, geotechnical, structural steel, structural concrete, and hot-weather concreting practices.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and professional registration with the SCE.
