Key Responsibilities

  • •Own design and delivery of complex, data-heavy backend services and user-facing applications for AI/GPU and platform workflows, including Kubernetes toolchains and integrations.
  • •Set and evolve architectural direction for Kubernetes toolchains, APIs, and UIs; ensure security, scalability, and maintainability under production load.
  • •Optimize systems for performance and reliability; debug and resolve cross-cutting production issues.
  • •Influence enterprise AI roadmap by translating customer pain points into prioritized engineering work and measurable milestones.
  • •Lead technically and strategically across teams, promote AI-first engineering practices, and mentor engineers via reviews and coaching.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven senior/principal-level experience building full-stack or backend-leaning software for cloud-deployed, data-intensive web applications.
  • •Strong Python experience and modern JavaScript/TypeScript with a major UI framework such as React.
  • •Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases, Git, and Kubernetes or equivalent orchestrated environments.
  • •Ability to partner across product, design, platform, and GTM with clear communication and stakeholder management.
  • •Experience owning end-to-end delivery from design through implementation, deployment, and support; comfort with agile delivery.
