Job Summary

Lead global paid search (SEM) strategy and execution to drive pipeline, revenue, and customer acquisition. Own end-to-end performance across channels, including budgeting, forecasting, conversion and cost efficiency, and continuous optimization. Develop testing roadmaps across ad creative, landing pages, targeting, and bidding. Partner with SEO and cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Content, Web, Analytics) to deliver a unified, holistic search approach, while managing agency partners and delivering regular reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead global paid search strategy aligned to business objectives, GTM priorities, and revenue goals.
•Own end-to-end paid search performance including pipeline contribution, conversion metrics, cost efficiency, and ongoing optimization.
•Develop and manage campaign strategies across keywords, audiences, bidding models, and budget allocation; ensure execution quality and adherence to best practices.
•Establish forecasting, budget pacing, and performance expectations; build and execute a structured testing roadmap across creative, landing pages, targeting, and bidding.
•Partner with SEO and collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Web, and Analytics teams to deliver a holistic search strategy; manage agency partners and provide regular stakeholder reporting.

Salary: USD 128,500 - 192,700 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in paid search, SEM, or performance marketing (B2B preferred).
•Proven experience owning and scaling paid search programs with measurable business impact.
•Experience managing global or multi-region campaigns and budgets.
•Strong analytics and reporting experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
•Experience integrating paid media with CRM/marketing automation for closed-loop measurement (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce).
