Job Summary

Join Red Hat’s German Services team as a Cloud Consultant, delivering on-site and remote implementations of open source infrastructure and cloud solutions. You’ll act as a subject matter expert, architecting automated, containerized platforms with focus on networking, storage, security, monitoring, and high availability while advising customers and adapting to their evolving needs across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement automated, containerized cloud application platform solutions with a focus on infrastructure concerns including networking, storage, virtualization, security, logging, monitoring, and high availability and system resilience
•Serve as a subject matter expert, addressing technical, developmental, or strategic IT needs
•Learn new technologies and apply those concepts to customer needs
•Adapt to changing customer requirements and be the trusted advisor
•Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification and design, testing, and deployment of complex open source solutions

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies and delivery experience
•Experience implementing container technologies in enterprise settings
•Knowledge of Red Hat infrastructure solutions (OpenShift, RHEL, Ansible)
•Excellent customer-facing and presentation skills
•Willingness to travel within Europe, with German language proficiency (C1+) and fluency in German and English
