Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Assist consumers with product education, in-store promotions, and events.
  • •Support store execution including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown, and promotion of loyalty programs.
  • •Help maintain cleanliness and recovery standards and support stock room management.
  • •Follow asset protection policies and collaborate with store management to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Requirements
