Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and/or participate in process development, optimization, training, qualification, and validation for new products or technology transfers.
  • •Drive yield improvement and perform root cause analysis to resolve manufacturing failures, reduce scrap, and improve product quality.
  • •Improve manufacturing efficiency via workflow, space and equipment layout optimization, cost reduction, process automation, and digital transformation.
  • •Manage new equipment setup and equipment improvements, including generating process equipment specifications with safety for mass production.
  • •Develop, maintain, and update manufacturing procedures and documentation (including risk assessments, LOTO, SWP, ESR) and manage BOM structure, routing, and related engineering support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering with at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or production environments.
  • •Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • •Experience with process optimization, root cause analysis, and problem-solving tools (e.g., Fishbone Diagram, FMEA).
  • •Training in Lean techniques, SPC, Six Sigma, and process improvement tools.
