Key Responsibilities

•Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
•Evaluate customer homes on-site and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
•Train homeowners on how to use their new systems to protect their families.
•Follow safety procedures by conducting a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace.
•Participate in coaching and leadership training to grow within the national organization.

Key Requirements

•Valid driver’s license and good driving record, with ability to pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements per applicable law.
•Technical aptitude to support installs, servicing, and troubleshooting; experience with cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful.
•Sales mindset with experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales (a major plus).
•Customer-first attitude with integrity and ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
•Physical ability to lift/carry up to 45 lbs and climb ladders (up to 14 feet) and work in confined spaces like attics.
