Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full hardware development lifecycle from concept through production and post-launch support.
  • •Design electronic solutions (schematics, PCB layouts, component selection) and manage BOMs, sourcing, second-source strategies, and obsolescence planning.
  • •Build prototypes, validate solutions with testing protocols and acceptance criteria, and debug issues using laboratory equipment.
  • •Define manufacturing requirements, support industrialization, and collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers throughout production.
  • •Ensure product quality and compliance with applicable European regulations (CE, RoHS, EMC, Radio), and document and maintain design and operational materials.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years designing and developing electronic hardware products.
  • •At least 3 years working on products that reached mass production and real-world deployment.
  • •Experience across the full hardware lifecycle: specification, electronic design, prototyping, validation, industrialization, and production support.
  • •Strong digital and analog electronics knowledge with ability to explain and defend technical decisions.
  • •Experience integrating embedded systems based on Linux and/or Android and common communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C, USB, Ethernet, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth/BLE).
Education:Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering (or equivalent)
