Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform cleaning, monitoring, and securing operations to assist in set-up of a rotary atomization furnace.
  • •Follow verbal and written instructions to complete repetitive tasks before and after atomization, and when required during the process.
  • •Assist with preparing raw material charges, running the furnace control board, making minor repairs, and cleaning the atomization chamber and other auxiliary equipment.
  • •Support removal/replacement of coils, transport raw material charge to the charge area, and clean crucibles (including patching cracks) prior to the next run.
  • •Adhere to CORE and EH&S guidelines, including wearing required personal protective equipment, and perform assigned tasks within scope and skill level.
