Key Responsibilities

  • •Own all aspects of EE hardware design, including BOM creation, participation with vendor negotiators, circuit/board design, development, and validation.
  • •Deliver complex ultra high-performance electronic products from design through ship and sustaining (cradle to grave).
  • •Provide technical leadership to a small design team in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
  • •Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across Hardware, ASIC, Signal, Mechanical, Thermal, Diagnostic, Packaging, and Manufacturing.
  • •Support customer trials, field issues, and product sustaining; engage in joint development with partner engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and 5+ years of related experience.
  • •Experience with large high-powered SOCs using advanced silicon and packaging technologies (2D, 2.5D, 2.5D with 3D memories).
  • •Hands-on use of precision scopes, analyzers, and development/validation tools.
  • •Knowledge of power and thermal issues for PCBs with 1kW+ footprints.
  • •Demonstrated lifecycle product ownership from product inception through volume production in a cross-functional environment.
