Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and execute implementation project plans for multiple concurrent client accounts.
  • •Complete client shell configurations and create custom dashboards within Prism HRIS.
  • •Analyze clients’ payroll, HR, and benefit needs to recommend and implement tailored software solutions.
  • •Run initial client payrolls, provide software training, and act as the core liaison between sales, internal stakeholders, and clients.
  • •Maintain real-time accurate data within the CRM (Client Space) to support a seamless transition to regular service.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of HR/Payroll Outsourcing or PEO industry experience.
  • •Hands-on proficiency with HRIS platforms, CRMs, and core payroll/tax subject matter.
  • •Strong analytical and time-management skills to manage complex technical timelines.
  • •Ability to lead clients through onboarding and implementation project plans for multiple concurrent accounts.
