Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, manage and monitor inbound, outbound, return shipment, Value Added Service (VAS), scrap and rework activities performed by 3PL.
  • •Conduct DM/weekly/monthly reviews with 3PL to ensure problems are resolved and corrective actions are effective.
  • •Manage and review 3PL KPI performance, implementing initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Verify invoices and budget control of logistics and warehouse vendor.
  • •Oversee the entire order fulfillment process from receiving orders to delivering products to customers, including order processing, picking/packing, shipping and tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in logistics/supply chain/Business Administration Management, Engineering, or a related field;
  • •10+ years of experience in a multinational company with logistics and warehouse management
  • •Operational experience with Warehouse Management Software and/or ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • •Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess opportunities, logistics environment and market trends
  • •Experience managing third-party vendors or working with third-party logistics providers focusing on outbound order processing and transportation management
