Support the total lifecycle maintenance of technical equipment—assessing, triaging, repairing, testing, and maintaining devices used by civilian customers. Apply expertise in telecommunication, security, and other specialized equipment to extend asset use-life. Tackle complex issues that require more than manuals, while collaborating with the technical team by receiving guidance and providing direction to lower-level technicians.
