Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze and appropriately decide Home Equity Line of Credit applications per Consumer Lending credit policy and regulatory guidelines.
  • •Review required documentation to ensure material information is accurate and updated; mitigate organizational risk through sound decision-making.
  • •Meet or exceed productivity and credit quality standards established for the role.
  • •Analyze and interpret POI documents (including personal tax returns) to determine verifiable income and clearly document the methodology.
  • •Analyze applications for counteroffer opportunities when requested terms do not qualify and respond timely to questions and emails to provide customer service.

  • •3-5 years of related experience.
  • •Preferred: home equity lending and processing experience.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of home equity lending policies, procedures, products, and secondary market guidelines.

  • •Experience with automated systems and ability to analyze and evaluate complex income calculations.
