Deliver CDM and Health & Safety consultancy from our London office to clients, covering CDM and H&S management. Develop and improve systems, provide expert advice as Principal Designer when required, manage client relationships, and ensure delivery quality, profitability, and compliance across projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand and develop existing systems and processes to improve both CDM and H&S efficiency
•Provide expert advice and where required, act as Principal Designer and help the client manage and understand their legal responsibilities, in accordance with CDM regulations
•Establishing positive relations with existing and new Clients to gain confidence and become a trusted advocate
•Representing Turner & Townsend in a professional and diligent manner including meeting, negotiating, and corresponding with Clients in a timely manner
•Management of all commissions, where responsibility is assigned, to ensure both Client's expectations / scope of service and the requirements of Turner & Townsend’s business management system are effectively discharged

Key Requirements

•NEBOSH Construction Certificate
•Full UK driving licence
•NEBOSH Diploma Level (or equivalent)
•GradIOSH or equivalent
•Membership of the APS
