Principal Consultant - Business Analyst / Project Manager Payments

Drive payments transformation programs end-to-end, combining business analysis with project/program management for leading financial institutions. Lead initiatives across cards, account-to-account payments, pricing & billing, customer service, and operational modernization—defining target processes, governance, and delivery roadmaps. Build program structures, manage dependencies, RAID processes and management reporting, and facilitate decision-making across product, operations, technology, risk, and finance stakeholders.
