Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead or steer transformation initiatives in key payments areas such as cards, account-to-account payments, pricing & billing, customer service, and operational modernization.
  • •Define target processes, requirements approaches, and implementation roadmaps while ensuring governance and stakeholder alignment.
  • •Set up and manage program structures, delivery plans, dependencies, RAID processes, and management-level reporting.
  • •Moderate decision processes between product, operations, technology, risk, and finance stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
  • •Contribute to consulting project growth through solution development, building client relationships, and providing payments transformation expertise.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,800 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Longstanding experience in payments transformation in a consulting or financial services environment, covering business analysis, delivery leadership, or program management.
  • •Solid knowledge of payments products and processes such as cards, transaction banking, billing, clearing, settlement, or scheme-driven changes.
  • •Proven ability to lead large and complex initiatives, manage senior stakeholders, and deliver results in regulated, dynamic environments.
  • •Experience working with international, cross-functional teams in global settings and managing stakeholder communication up to C-level / Managing Director.
  • •Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with client-facing presence; fluent German and English and willingness to travel.
