Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform physical loading and unloading of trucks and containers, and sort documents to ensure timely completion.
  • •Plan delivery/pickup routes and reprioritize stops to complete pickups within customer time windows and meet productivity targets.
  • •Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle checks and prepare the vehicle inspection report.
  • •Ensure accuracy and timely completion of required documents and audit customer documents (AWB, customs paperwork, commercial invoices).
  • •Use defined tools for scanning, recording, and transferring data for compliance/performance tracking and ensure KPIs are fully achieved.
