Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, terminate, and test electrical systems including underground duct banks, conduits, cable pulling, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, PDUs, busways, and grounding
  • •Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on low- and medium-voltage power distribution systems
  • •Support commissioning activities: point-to-point checks, functional testing, megger testing, and system energization
  • •Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, one-line diagrams, and specifications
  • •Ensure full compliance with NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA, and xAI safety & quality standards (including LOTO and arc flash protocols)

Key Requirements

  • •Journeyman Electrician license (or equivalent) with 2+ years of hands-on experience in industrial, commercial, or mission-critical electrical work (data centers, power plants, or large facilities preferred)
  • •Strong knowledge of electrical systems up to 480V (medium/high voltage experience a big plus)
  • •Proficiency with test equipment (multimeters, meggers, power quality analyzers, etc.)
  • •Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams
  • •Current OSHA 10/30 training and strong safety mindset
